My eating habits

I am going to talk about my eating habits. I think I have healthy eating habits but there are a few things that I could do better if I wanted my diet to be totally healthy.

 

For example, I eat fruit and vegetables every day but I only eat one or two pieces of fruit but the appropriate amount is at least three. I know fruit is very important in a healthy diet, because it has many vitamins.

 

In addition, I do not usually eat legumes like lentils or beans because I hate them. I know they have a lot of fibre and these things, but I don’t like their flavour. However, I love salads and fish.

 

In conclusion, I think it is very important to have a balanced diet in order to be healthy, and in my opinion my diet is more or less balanced.

My favourite sport

I do not like sports very much, but I love swimming. I am not such a good swimmer, but I think it is fun, and it is also good for my health, because it helps me with my back problems.

I only can practise it during summer, because here in my town there are not any indoor pools. If we had an indoor pool, I would spend a lot of time there.

In summer, I usually go to the swimming pool every afternoon for about an hour. I think I am going to have a very busy summer, so maybe I will not spend much time in the swimming pool, but I will try to spend as much time as possible.
