My eating habits
I am going to talk about my eating habits. I think I have healthy eating habits but there are a few things that I could do better if I wanted my diet to be totally healthy.
For example, I eat fruit and vegetables every day but I only eat one or two pieces of fruit but the appropriate amount is at least three. I know fruit is very important in a healthy diet, because it has many vitamins.
In addition, I do not usually eat legumes like lentils or beans because I hate them. I know they have a lot of fibre and these things, but I don’t like their flavour. However, I love salads and fish.
In conclusion, I think it is very important to have a balanced diet in order to be healthy, and in my opinion my diet is more or less balanced.
